Most Veratina Kitchens meals cook in 30 minutes or less with minimal prep and cleanup. Meals are pre-assembled and frozen, so you simply thaw and follow the easy cooking instructions included with each kit.
Do you offer wellness-focused meals?
Yes. We offer a variety of high-protein, low-sodium, and gluten-free options made with real ingredients.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. You can add custom notes on the checkout page about your meal and let us know if you don’t want a certain ingredient included. *Customizations are not available on limited time meals.
