Yakitori Chicken over Jasmine Rice
Stir-fried diced chicken simmered in a flavorful Asian-inspired sauce made with soy, sesame, ginger, and brown sugar, then served over jasmine rice.

Thaw in refrigerator.
- In a saucepan add 2 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 mins. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5-10 mins. Fluff with fork before serving.
- Meanwhile, spray large saute pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat to medium-high. Add chicken mixture and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. until golden brown.
- Add sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 mins.
- Serve over jasmine rice.
