Overview

At Veratina Kitchens, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality meal kits and food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to resolve any issues related to your order.

Returns

Because our products are food and perishable items, we do not accept returns once an order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped.

We are unable to restock or resell returned food products for safety and quality reasons.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, credits, or replacements may be considered in the following situations:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items from an order
  • Quality concerns verified by our team
  • Orders impacted by fulfillment errors

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of pickup or delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

We may not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Failure to pick up an order at the scheduled time
  • Incorrect storage or handling after pickup/delivery
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Allergy-related concerns when ingredients were clearly listed
  • Delays caused by weather, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based meal plans:

  • Subscriptions may be modified or canceled before the monthly cutoff date
  • Cancellation requests submitted after the cutoff may apply to the following billing cycle
  • Charges already processed for the current cycle may not be refundable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

All payments are securely processed through Square.
