All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.

Payments are securely processed through Square. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

If you enroll in a subscription service:

  • You authorize recurring charges via Square
  • Billing occurs on a recurring basis based on your selected plan
  • You may modify or cancel your subscription before the stated monthly cutoff date
  • Failure to cancel before the cutoff may result in charges for the next cycle

Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Community Pickup

  • Orders must be collected at the selected location and time
  • Failure to pick up may result in forfeiture without refund

Delivery / Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carriers, or unforeseen events
  • Customers are responsible for proper storage upon receipt

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • All sales are generally final
  • Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion for:
    • Damaged or defective items
    • Missing items
    • Verified service issues

Requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of receipt or pickup.

Food Safety and Allergies

Our meals are prepared in facilities that may handle common allergens, including:

  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Wheat
  • Soy
  • Nuts

We do not guarantee allergen-free products.

You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and ensuring meals meet your dietary needs.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including text, branding, recipes, images, and logos is the property of Dream Dinners Arizona and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Dinners Arizona shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Issues arising from third-party services (including Square)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
